To provide advisory services on the short and long-term development of the firm or system. Key objectives were to increase service efficiency as well as to reduce the financial burden of firm.

Major tasks included

• Recommending the improvements to the existing system

• Assessment of options for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

• Assessment of the development to increase efficiency and reliability.

• Identifying environmental issues associated with the development and a preliminary economic and financial assessment of the long-term development.
