Miss Saowanee Eungaree has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Thammasat University, Master Degree in MBA (Major in International Business) from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Thailand. She was previously Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and was responsible for auditing and tax consulting at leading organizations and state enterprises in Thailand. She has 20 years of experience in financial study, financial statement analysis, external auditing and accounting system designing. She is an expert in financial planning, budgeting and financial feasibility.

Sran Bunyasiri is a specialist in Transport Planning and Financial Analysis. Sran has over 26 years of experience in planning, project appraisal and Public-Private Partnership schemes in transport sector in Thailand. He has managed study projects in aviation sector which includes elements of strategic planning, Public-Private Partnership (PPP), airport logistics park planning. Key projects include Thailand’s Aviation Sector Master Plan for Office of the Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning (OTP), Feasibility Study of Thailand’s Airport Logistics Park for Department of Civil Aviation (DCA), and Feasibility Study of Suvarnabhumi Aerotropolis for Office of the Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning (OTP).

Pete Dodds is a Regional Director of AECOM, a leader within the Transport Technology discipline and a Chartered Electrical Engineer with 20 years experience in the Transport Systems field. His previous experience in military communications and avionics has provided him with a firm knowledge base to enable him to thrive in the business. His first role in transport was with the London Traffic Control Systems Unit (TCSU) in 1992. Since moving into consultancy over twelve years ago he has undertaken project management, feasibility, planning, development, design and implementation of highway technology schemes in the UK and overseas. Pete has been based in the UAE for the past 18 months and is Project Manager of the Abu Dhabi Weigh in Motion (WIM) Project for the DoT, which includes planning, concept and detailed design of a network of WIM stations across the Emirate.
