Maleeya Dranthamrongkul has more than 15 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis of infrastructure investment projects, freight planning and freight business development; and cost analysis.
Nanthida Bussarakhamtrakul has over 30 years of experience working in transport planning/strategic, including the formulation of provincial development plans, monitoring and evaluation in strategic planning, assessment, organisation development with PMQA tool. Tim Gammons is an experienced Intelligent Mobility and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the transport and technology industry at Director level. He is a strong professional with a BSc (Hons) focused on Electrical/Electronic Engineering from The University of Huddersfield. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and a Chartered Electrical Engineer. Tim has over 35 years in the transport sector where he has established, developed and led professional service business teams undertaking whole life cycle assignments and supervising internal and external research initiatives in people movement, data management and IoT applications. He has extensive experience working in collaborative teams and is skilled in planning, design, assurance and delivery of transport solutions bringing experience of service lifecycle practices for complex IT projects in the UK and internationally, including Thailand, Australia, Qatar, Poland, UAE. In addition, he served as Vice Chair for ITS-UKs Smart Environment Interest Group 2007-2021, Chair of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) Transport Panel Executive 2016-2022, observer for World Business Council for Sustainable Development Data Report 2021 and until 2021 was UK Security Council Formation Advisory Group member.

His previous experience in logistics sector has provided him with overseas marketing knowledge and public relations skill. Key projects he involved include Thailand’s Aviation Sector Master Plan, The Study for Dry Port Master Plan as Regional Logistics Hubs, The Study of Creating Added Value for Supply Chains in Thailand’s Economic Corridor and The Study of a Governance Plan for the Management of a Common Ticketing System.
Warawit Viboonpattama has 35 years of experience in IT relate system analysis, computer programming, website development, database design, MIS/GIS, analyse transportation patterns in traffic and transportation project, mass transportation systems and other public transport systems. He is expert in database, software development and system analysis including Network Analysis.
Saowanee Eungaree was previously Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and was responsible for auditing and tax consulting at leading organisations and state enterprises in Thailand. She has more than 25 years of experience in financial study, financial statement analysis, external auditing and accounting; and system designing. She is an expert in financial planning, budgeting and financial feasibility.
