EXECUTIVE SECRETARY TO DIRECTOR

Job Descriptions: 

  • Act as the point of contact/liason between the MD and internal personnel/external client
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take meeting notes where required
  • Devise and maintain MD’s filing system

Qualifications: 

  • Female or Male age 25 – 35 years old and Thai nationality.
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Secretarial,Business or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience of secretary, personal assistant or any related position.
  • Must be able to communicate well in English verbal and Thai is a must.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and Communication skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Salary 38,000 – 50,000 Baht.

APPLICATION CONSULTANT

Job Descriptions: 

  • Provide application and operational support to ensure that client support expectations are met through first and second level problem determination and resolution efforts.
  • Respond to users’ concerns via telephone, e-mail, facsimile, or video conference.
  • Accurately log all Helpdesk-related information such as Issue Details, Issue Handling History, and User Contact Info.
  • Maintain reasonable discipline and decorum in the Help Desk area.
  • Perform other functions or projects, which may be assigned by the Support Specialist, Manager, or Coordinator.

Qualifications: 

  • Thai nationality, Male or Female, age between 22-26 years.
  • Bachelor degree in Computer or related fields such as Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, Business Computer or related fields.
  • Experience between 0-3 years and/or New graduated is also welcome.
  • Experience in IT Support, Call Center or other related fields.
  • Experience in telephone support of external customers in resolving the specific problems will be advantage.
  • Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and IT Applications.
  • Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolution (troubleshooting).
  • Good understanding and appreciation of information technology.
  • Network & INFRA (Server related etc.) knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Programming knowledge will be an advantage – Have negotiation skill, communication skill, serviced mind, initiative and logical thinking.
  • Good team player, good problem solving.
  • Good in Listening, Speaking and Writing English.
