Sran Bunyasiri is a specialist in Transport Planning and Financial Analysis with both master degrees in Transport and Finance. Sran has over 30 years of experience in planning, project appraisal and Public-Private Partnership schemes in transport sector in Thailand. He has managed study projects in aviation, road, and rail sectors which include elements of strategic planning, Public-Private Partnership (PPP). Key projects include Thailand’s Aviation Sector Master Plan for Office of the Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning (OTP), Feasibility Study of Thailand’s Airport Logistics Park for Department of Airports, and Feasibility Study of Suvarnabhumi Aerotropolis for Office of the Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning (OTP), including Framework and Case Study for Public-Private Partnership in Thailand’s Highway Program for Department of Highways, and A Study of the Involvement of the Private Sector in Rail Operation according to the Private Investments in State Undertakings Act B.E. 2562 (2019) for State Railway of Thailand (SRT), Ministry of Transport.

Peter Dodds has enjoyed a long and prominent career in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). He is a leader within the Transport Technology discipline and a Chartered Electrical Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the Transport Systems field. His previous experience in military communications and avionics has provided him with a firm knowledge base to enable him to thrive in the business. Since moving into consultancy 24 years ago he has undertaken project management, feasibility, planning, development, design, and implementation of highway technology schemes in the UK, Middle East, and Asia. Following the supervision of the installation and commissioning of the Tolling and ITS on the Hanoi to Hai Phong Expressway in Vietnam 7 years ago, Peter relocated and is now based in Thailand.

Dr. Sompong Paksarsawan has over 35 years of experience in transport planning, traffic engineering and transport modelling and financial analysis, including the business tax in the UK, Thailand and throughout Southeast Asia. He is a Thai national and is the Managing Director of AMP Group, a specialist transport consultancy that he established more than 25 years ago. The companies are based in Bangkok and undertake work throughout the Indo-China Territories. He is responsible for the direction and project management of the consultancy work.
