This project is continuous to develop an existing transport database and series of transport models (land, water, rail and air). The transport database is divided into 21 sections including environment, road safety, traffic flow, mass transit patronage and services, land use and infrastructure. The current models, National (NAM), Bangkok Metropolitan Region and Extended Cities (BMR-ECM) and Local Area Models (LAM), are being updated by TRIPS based. The NAM and BMR-ECM are multi-modal and can address passenger transfer between modes. The LAM can address urban traffic impacts. Moreover, trainings are one of the key major tasks in this project.
