AMP Consultants Ltd is advising OTP on the development of the improvement plan for the management of transport and traffic planning system. Work includes creating a transport costs and O-D database for both passenger and freight, formulation of KPIs and goals for post-evaluation of transport plan, and formulation of monitoring and evaluation systems for all agencies within Ministry of Transport.
