provision of best selected route based on engineering,
economics, finance and environment. In addition, investment
budget, project benefits, optimal choice of High Speed
Rail technology, service, investment plan and project
operation are investigated in this project. Riderships
forecast under AMP Consultants Ltd. for alternatives and
sensitivity test are based on fares (including optimal
fare structure), services, economics are major tasks of
this project.
