Workshop of The Competency Improvement System of the Transport
and Traffic Management Development Plan Project

The workshop is one of
the major tasks organised by AMP Consultants Ltd. in The
Competency System of the Transport and Traffic Management
Development Plan Project. The objectives of the course
was to provide participants knowledge and practical skill
in order to apply on their works.
The content of the
workshop was consisted of transport cost analysis, its
equilibrium, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for monitoring
process and development of digital process databases.
