For most projects AMP Consultants
Ltd provides all the required services to the clients.
On some large projects we may act either as the project
manager for a multi-disciplinary group of consultants
or as a member of such a group. We adopt a flexible approach
to meet the particular needs of each project. Over the
years we have built up links with a wide range of complementary
consultants in Australia, Europe, Hong Kong, Middle East,
Thailand, UK, USA and others.
At home and abroad the
Directors assure the quality, timing and costs of deliverables.
All operations of the company are subject to internal
and/or external quality audit. The feedback from the audits
is regularly monitored together with the quality performance
records of each office.
Technology exchange is
seen as a key feature in extending professional expertise
and the company plays a leading part in professional institution,
arranging seminars, presenting technical papers and undertaking
research and development, as well as working with professionals
from other countries.
